Twice a year CECA Wales gets together with Network Rail Wales and Borders and Transport for Wales to share information on visibility of future workflow and other issues affecting the rail sector such as carbon impacts, social value and developing our future workforces.
On 19th March we will be hosting our next session between 1030-midday. The session will be chaired and facilitated by John Hannah of Centregreat Ltd.
We will hear from Kevin Collins and Martin Stevens from Network Rail Wales and Borders and from Karl Gilmore of Transport for Wales on their respective workflow pipelines.
Kevin will then share some thoughts on improving project delivery focusing on Project Speed and “Pace” the new Network Rail approach to project management.
John Hannah and Matt Tucker from Coleg y Cymoedd will open out a discussion on how the rail sector can develop its future workforce. John will then invite delegates to contribute to a discussion on how the rail sector can adapt to climate change impacts.
We’ll then have an open discussion to pick up any other issues before closing at midday.
