Chris Baranowski, Partner – Chris is a Partner in DACB’s national Safety, Health and Environment team and specialises in providing advice and defence services to individuals and organisations, from large global companies to SMEs, in relation to corporate manslaughter and health and safety investigations by the Police and HSE. He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors but particularly the construction industry.
Mark Roach, Partner – Mark is head of DACB’s London construction litigation and advisory team. He has advised on a broad spectrum of projects and disputes including nuclear power plants, waste and remediation projects, utilities, rail and other infrastructure projects.
