This one-day workshop considers in detail the pivotal role of the Project Manager within the NEC ECC contract. The Project Manager is appointed by the Client to administer the contract on their behalf and has a great deal of responsibility and actions to carry out.
Recommended for: This workshop is recommended for anyone who is involved in administering an ECC contract on a live project to understand how communication flow can be both contractually and practically managed. This will include project managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, planners, contractors and their supply chain.
