We are pleased to confirm that our next members’ meeting in September will be back in Sandy Park in Exeter with a stellar programme of guest speakers as follows:
- Dorset Council – David Clegg (Service Manager for Network Operations Highways) & Paul Hughes (Capital Programme Manager) who will speak about the wider project opportunities for members both within and outside of Dorset’s existing frameworks.
- AccXel Construction School – Natalie Bell & Nicola Bird – KW Bell directors (and sisters) behind the new construction school in Gloucestershire, which is due to open its doors to trainees in January 2022. This is a terrific industry initiative jointly funded by contractor KW Bell and the government’s Getting Building fund which it is hoped can be rolled out in other parts of the South West.
- The Route to Net Zero for SMEs – the launch of the CECA Environment Group’s report on helping SMEs prepare for Net Zero – Peter Crosland, CECA’s National Civil Engineering Director.
The meeting is open to all members of CECA South West.
