The Legal Update webinars are an annual event in the CECA calendar and they provide an invaluable update of issues arising during 2024 which will directly affect CECA members. We are still finalising the contents, but envisage that the two sessions will cover the following
- Legislative changes
- Case law, including letters of intent, payment, termination and adjudication,
- And a look ahead to 2025
- And time permitting, cases involving emoji’s, a diverted cruise, and awarding of costs following a libel case.
