Management of Risk Course
A half day course for construction team members who want to develop their understanding and performance of the management of risks in the construction industry
Aim and Target Audience
The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an understanding of the principles and practice of managing construction risks. This includes understanding the pre-requisites of managing risk in a construction business and effectively implementing risk management processes. The course is suitable for all people who are interested in improving the management of risk in construction businesses. For example, directors, project managers, commercial managers, site managers and quantity surveyors.
