Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, however, applicants are required to be able to work throughout the North of England, and at times may occasionally be asked to work away from home.

We are looking for a Site Manager, with at least 5 years’ experience of managing/supervising staff in general groundworks and civils work including drainage, highways, reinforced concrete, remediation, and hard landscaping. On a day-to-day basis, we will expect you to:
- Plan and organise labour and plant on site
- Work as part of a team and maintain client relations
- Uphold high safety standards at all times
- Project a professional image and lead by example
- Maintain Quality Control
- Ensure resources are used efficiently on site and that it is a safe and tidy place to work and visit
- Control costs by monitoring them weekly
- Have a working knowledge of MS Project, maintain and update contract programmes
- Keep records and maintain an electronic filing system
- Be IT literate, able to use Word, Excel, and other electronic documentation
- Manage and reduce waste
What you will need:
- Experience in a variety of Civil Engineering disciplines
- HND/HNC or higher
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification
- First aid at work qualification
- Competency in Health and Safety practice
- A good knowledge of Environmental Management
- Current valid driving licence
