The proposed training programme for 2025 is based on the following themes :

Contract support : this is based on rolling out further modules of the successful NEC4 programme

Carbon support : carbon management resources are being developed by CECA and will be rolled out during 2025

Legal support : proposals are being developed to support a Mock Trial scenario (potentially based on Service Strikes) and a CDM Workshop focusing on legal implications

Political support :  this will entail a 2025 Politics and Infrastructure Overview arranged by our public affairs consultants ahead of Senedd elections in 2026

Social Value support : proposals for training in social value and the launch of contractor specific education resources are in development with partners and will be launched during 2025.

In addition to this programme, we continue to work with the Lighthouse Group to introduce a programme of Leadership and Development Courses for members. Further details, dates, etc, are published via weekly member briefings.
