CECA thanked FIR for the great 2023 Inspiring Change Conference which took place on the 27 June and in particular our CECA NextGen Chair Charlie White (ASM at Octavius Infrastructure) and NextGen member Riana Hattrell (sponsored student Kier Group) who took part in the respective panel debates on “Tackling Attrition” and “How can we all be Allies”. They did themselves, their respective companies, CECA NextGen and the industry proud. Well done, the future is safe in your hands!
